1:1 Personalized Coaching
Our personalized coaching offers students consistent, one-on-one support tailored to their unique needs and goals. We focus on developing essential skills such as organization, time management, focus, and follow-through, while creating systems that make school more manageable. Through ongoing guidance and accountability, students build confidence, independence, and the habits needed for long-term academic success.

I'm Michelle, founder of The Outside Academy.
After years of working in education, I saw that many students needed far more than what was being offered in classrooms--they needed skills, strategies, and support to become confident, independent learners. I created The Outside Academy to make real-world learning experiences accessible through live, online courses, labs, and workshops designed to help students of all ages better navigate their education, careers, and personal lives.

Drawing from my experience as a school leader, teacher mentor, and instructor, I used data and firsthand insight to identify areas of instruction that were lacking in schools and that left students unprepared for their futures, so I created live courses to mitigate these areas of need. That's why The Outside Academy offers a unique range of learning experiences focusing on building the skills needed to succeed in school, work, and beyond.Â
